Edinburgh Distillers is a sister company to Edinburgh Preserves (est 1995). They craft distil a range of innovative Spirits and Fusions, which are distributed by Edinburgh Preserves. The drinks are named after Butterflies, a symbol of Conservation, as a tribute to the naturalist John Muir who was from East Lothian. He was the father of National Parks in America and an early founder of the conservation movement. 1% of profits from sales of Edinburgh Distillers drinks on this website will be given to conservation charities.
The Red Admiral Gin is craft distilled near Edinburgh in a 500 litre pot Still. It is a modern yet classic London style Dry Gin. Using 9 traditional and modern botanicals, with Juniper and Citrus notes it has a balanced yet complex flavour that is perfect with tonic, on its own or in a cocktail.
The Big Blue Gin has natural colour changing properties and with change colour from deep blue to blush pink when you add Tonic.
The Gin fusions use the Red Admiral Gin and classic flavours to make amazing Gin Spritzers.
