A modern Gin by Edinburgh Distillers, with natural colour changing properties. With a mixture of traditional and modern botanicals the Gin is Pot Distilled in small batches to create a complex and delicious drink. The naturally infused Gin changes colour from Deep Blue to Blush Pink when you add tonic.
The drinks are named after Butterflies, a symbol of conservation, as a tribute to the Naturalist John Muir who was from these parts. He was the father of National Parks in America and an early founder of the conservation movement.
Comes with a small sachet of Wildflower seeds the encorages the activity of butterflies, bees and other pollinators.
