The Red Admiral Gin is a modern yet classic London Dry Gin made 100% by us in small batches in the farmlands on the edge of Edinburgh.
With Juniper and Citrus notes it has a balanced complex flavour that is great with tonic, on its own or in a classic cocktail. With just 9 botanicals we are using the best sourced ingredients such as Macedonian Junipers for their classic Dry Gin character, Ground-Ivy (of the mint family) for their herbal notes, and Coriander Seeds for their citrus and Spice flavours.
The 4 Craft small batch tonic waters are made in Walter Gregor’s former parish of Pitsligo in Peathill, Aberdeenshire. They are based on a remote and rural farm which stretches across rolling countryside to the shores of the Moray Firth.
