The Red Admiral Gin is a modern yet classic London Dry Gin made in small batches in the farmlands on the edge of Edinburgh. With Juniper and Citrus notes it has a balanced complex flavour that is great with tonic, on its own or in a classic cocktail.
The drinks are named after Butterflies, a symbol of conservation, as a tribute to the Naturalist John Muir who was from these parts. He was the father of National Parks in America and an early founder of the conservation movement.
